I'm fine with Sui being the leader. I assume a lot of stuff is going to be based on creativity and artistic talent, and he's shown a lot in the past. I'm not sure it matters who the "leader" is when the position is not defined, though.

This is 100% correct. As leader, you're really just the face of the team, you don't get to boss people around. You're really a poster boy for your team.
